We created FroggyXFactor.com to give focus to an already long-established track record of project consulting and problem solving. Services include Process Analysis & Improvement; Technology Identification, Integration, and Training; Fractional CIO & CTO Support; and Overall Deal Support (Finding, Vetting, Funding, Managing).
We have over five years of experience with development in multiple states. However, with Froggy Development, we are 100% New England focused. During 2022-2023, we realized 150% IRR on our own deals and decided that we would turn our focus towards executing more local projects.
As real estate investors, we've invested in multiple projects over the years. We have also syndicated over $40mm and know the risks and processes involved. Our greatest strength is our deep due diligence experience and process. In addition, we have a strong network of partners and trusted sponsors, and are always seeking more people we can trust to share new deals with our investors.
